You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .
If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us

Our letter/shape beads are perfect for all types of crafting! They can be used in bracelet making, sunglasses blinging to name a few!
Each pack comes with approximately 100 individual heart beads in a range of colours.
Each individual bead has the shape on both sides and both a sides are also flat which makes them perfect for sticking to crafts! Each bead is also made from 100% acrylic with an approx size of 4*7mm, if using the beads for bracelet crafting then the size of the hole is approx 1.5mm.
