Shipping policy


We require up to 1-2 Business Days (Which excludes weekends) to process your order (pick, pack & arrange collection) - this is our standard time however from time to time we reserve the right to adjust this period during busy periods - any adjustments will be shown on our homepage banner and pre checkout messaging.   We will always aim to do this as soon as possible however orders are processed in order of being placed.   If you need an urgent order please reach out to us first and we can help.

Our processing time begins once your order has been placed, for orders placed before 8am that very same day will class as 'day 1' , for orders placed after 8am then the following day will be classed as 'day 1'.


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is starting to be packed, this does not mean the courier have your parcel yet.  Once your parcel is handed over to the courier (dependant on the service selected) your parcel will usually arrive within the shown times at checkout but delays are sometimes possible which are out of our control.

We sometimes arrange the following days collections a day prior, you may receive notification with tracking information, this usually means we have packed your item and it is awaiting collection (Royal Mail or DPD) but this sometimes can be the following business day - all orders are collected by the end of the day the shipping confirmation is sent, your courier tracking processing time begins the following day.

Once an order leaves our possession it is no longer our responsibility. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we will always try our best to assist however we can.

We cannot action an investigation with the courier until 10 business have passed since the initial tracking creation, up until this point we cannot help any more than referring to the tracking information. 


We offer a various selection of shipping methods which are listed below, we also provide FREE shipping for orders of £125 or more also during promotional periods we may offer FREE shipping when using a discount code - when either method is triggered the default shipping method for FREE shipping will be Tracked 48.  If you require a quicker service this unfortunately is chargeable.

We do not offer local collection at the moment. 


You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


No matter what method of shipping you select all our parcels are fully insured to the value so you can shop with the peace of mind that your items will arrive safely.   In the event of damaged items please report this as soon as possible to where we can arrange a replacement, it is important we are advised of any damages within 7 business days of delivery - this is for our insurance with the couriers.

In the event a parcel is lost prior to delivery your order is also insured to the value of the order, however we have to allow satisfactory time for the order to still be found and delivery - in the event this does not happen we can provide you with a replacement or refund.

If an item has been delivered according to the tracking however it is not in the location and a full refund is requested the courier will need to investigate first to understand what and how things went wrong but also to confirm liability of the parcel - no refunds can be provided until the couriers investigations are complete, this process usually takes up to 7 business days.


We will happily assist in returns, refunds and exchanges providing the items are returned back to us in the original condition, unused & unopened.   The buyer is fully responsible for the return postage and costs associated.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
