You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .
If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us
If replacements are to be dispatched to you we will often arrange this within our standard processing time, you will be notified of the dispatch & tracking if applicable.

Print & glitters of all our straws are embedded actually into the straw in production which means these will not fade or rub off easily with use and are designed to be fully reusable and aid our cut down in single use plastics.
Size per Straw: 230mm (23m) x 8mm (0.8cm) - Our straws will fit any type or brand of cold cup which include Starbucks Cups and all of our cup blanks.
We recommend not washing your straws in the dishwasher neither using abrasive sponges to clean also please do not use in the microwave.
Reusable, BPA Free Plastic
Can also be cut to size, we recommend using a crafting knife to ensure a clean cut.
