You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .
If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us
If replacements are to be dispatched to you we will often arrange this within our standard processing time, you will be notified of the dispatch & tracking if applicable.

Following on from the success of our Rhinestone mix ‘The Fallen Stones’ (which is where various stones which fell when bagging are kept to create a HUGE mix of its own). We have create The Practice Mix, this is where you may just want to try a Pearl Mix first at a discounted price or maybe you like the mix or just need various colours for a project, no bag will be 100% the same.
Pearl & Rhinestones mixes created and designed by us! We’ve spent time on each and every mix to ensure they are unique, each colour palette has been created here at CraftyCupSupply .
To fill a complete cup (24oz Cold Cup) you will need 2 to 3 28g bags - most mixes will require 2 bags but some may require a little more
We also recommend Gem Tac to fixing the mix to surfaces.
