You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .
If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us

To fill a complete cup (24oz Cold Cup) you will need 2 to 3 28g bags - most mixes will require 2 bags but some may require a little more
Yes, we recommend Gem-Tac for all our Rhinestones, Pearls & Cabochons. You may need a wax pen too (which helps sort and pick up individual gems) & a gem sorting tray - we've linked them below for you:
