You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .
If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us
If replacements are to be dispatched to you we will often arrange this within our standard processing time, you will be notified of the dispatch & tracking if applicable.

Print is screen printed to each individual straw, design will not fade neither rub away - all our straws are BPA free too!
Length per straw approx. 27cm, same size as all standard 710ml Cold Cup straws - these are also designed to the correct size to fit all our cold cup stock including Starbucks cups.
We recommend not washing your straws in the dishwasher neither using abrasive sponges to clean also please do not use in the microwave.
