You may return unopened & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) should an item arrive with you damaged and a replacement is preferred we can arrange this too .

If we are to process a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us

If replacements are to be dispatched to you we will often arrange this within our standard processing time, you will be notified of the dispatch & tracking if applicable.
